Let it be a tale - inspired by the poem by Refaat Alareer from We Are Not Numbers. The original artwork is a silk painting I created in January 2024. The silk's first outing was on a peaceful protest in London, and the next day I fashioned the silk into a kite for a Kites in Solidarity event - unbelievably I bumped into a lady who saw my kite and said "that poem was by my friend, Refaat"
