Alice's Mad Tea Party
The garden of Honeywood Museum in Carshalton was the setting for the 4 night sell out production of Alice's Mad Tea Party. SamiArt ran public arts & crafts workshops to create pieces needed for the Sensory Tunnel and garden decor. Samia also designed the branding for the show with the 'So much to do, So little time' clock design that spawned the first ever SamiArt tshirt.
As Community Engagement Co-Ordinator Samia enabled collaborations to take place with Coulsdon 6th Form College Art students, Sutton & District Training and Sutton Inclusion Centre as well as arranging the pre-show publicity stall at The Corner Gallery & Gifts. In addition, students from both Coulsdon and Carshalton College came along to assist back stage. Students from Coulsdon College also benefitted by having a week long exhibition of their Alice themed artwork in the museum's Art Gallery.
